For almost 20 years, Mana has been serving generous portions of food and friendship. All of our drinking water and our organic foods are prepared with filtered water. Miso soup is always on the menu, as well as at least one soup of the day such as lentil or split pea. The fish of the day is prepared in various mouthwatering styles along with generous portions of brown rice, seaweed, root and green vegetables. Varieties include miso stew, teriyaki, sweet and sour, and broiled, each with its own sauce. For the purist, steamed fish with a touch of ginger, greens and rice.
